Adaptation planning
National Adaptation Plan 2021-2030-PNACC: basic planning instrument to promote coordinated and coherent action against the effects of climate change in Spain in order to avoid or reduce present and future damages from climate change and to build a more resilient economy and society. The PNACC defines 18 areas of work, specifying objectives for each of them. These areas of work include climate and climate scenarios, health, water and water resources, biodiversity and protected areas, agriculture, livestock, fisheries and food, oceans and coasts, and forestry and desertification, cities, urban planning and housing, cultural heritage, energy, mobility and transport, industry and services, tourism, the financial system and insurance, disaster risk reduction, research and innovation, education and peace, security and social cohesion.
