Transition to renewable energy

Mandatory Program of 30% Biodiesel Use (B30) by 1st Jan 2020 for Public Service Obligation (PSO) sectors (subsidized sectors: micro business, fishing, transportation, and general services), transportation non-subsidized, power plant, and commercial-and-industry.
