Water
Recovery plan: Securing water infrastructure
Climate change and increased drought risk threatens water supply; besides, water pollution impedes the ability to preserve and restore water ecosystems and related economic activities. Difficulties are greater in French overseas territories.
Public support will be provided for modernisation of drinking water networks, water treatment plants, and unplugging of rainwater and sewage networks. Specific support will target French overseas territories.
