Sustainable transportation
A sanitary cordon established around the communes of Cotonou, Abomey-Calavi, Allada, Ouidah, Sèmè-Podji, Porto-Novo, So-Ava, Aguégués, Akpro-Missérété and Adjarra:
An area has been demarcated to isolate the most affected municipalities from the rest of the country where there has been no case of an infected person until now, thus limiting the spread of the virus and at the same time reducing a considerable part of the gas emissions in the transport sector because the towns within the cordon sanitaire are among the busiest due to their proximity to the economic capital Cotonou.
